Ringer's Solution for Mosquitoes

Reagent Amount
NaH2PO4 69 mg
Na2SO4 137 mg
KHCO3 45 mg
MgCl2 369 mg
CaCl2 42 mg
KCl 46 mg

  • Dissolve all reagents in 100 mL of deionized H2O and adjust the solution to pH 6.8. Store for up to 1 mo at 4°C.
