cDNA Conversion MasterMix2 (cDNA-MM2)
For a single cDNA conversion reaction prepare:
4 µL 5× first-strand buffer (Life Technologies 18080-044)
0.5 µL 200 U/µL Superscript II Reverse Transcriptase (Life Technologies 18080-044)
1 µL 0.1 m DTT (Life Technologies 18080-044)
0.5 µL 40 U/µL RNaseOUT Ribonuclease Inhibitor (Life Technologies 10777-019)
The total volume of cDNA-MM2 added to a single conversion sample is 6 µL. Prepare the correct amount for the number of samples to be converted and calculate a 10% excess to compensate for pipetting errors. Prepare fresh and store on ice for the duration of the cDNA conversion.
