cDNA Conversion MasterMix1 (cDNA-MM1)
For a single cDNA conversion reaction prepare:
0.5 µL 0.5 µg/µL oligo dT primers (Life Technologies 18418012)
0.5 µL 20 mm dNTP mix (Life Technologies 10297-018)
The total volume of cDNA-MM1 added to a single conversion sample is 1 µL. Prepare the correct amount for the number of samples to be converted and calculate a 10% excess to compensate for pipetting errors. Prepare fresh and store on ice for the duration of the cDNA conversion.
