BApNA Stock (10-mm)
Add 0.0174 g of Nα-benzoyl-dl-arginine 4-nitroanilide hydrochloride (BApNA; ≥99%, TLC; Sigma-Aldrich B3133) to 4 mL of dimethyl sulfoxide (Sigma-Aldrich 276855) in a 5-mL tube to make a 10-mm stock. Store aliquots for up to 2 wk at −20°C.
