Sucrose (0.5 m)/Glycerol (10%)

1. Mix 57.5 mL of 85% (v/v) glycerol in H2O with 500 mL of distilled H2O.

2. Autoclave at 15 PSI for 20 min at 121°C.

3. Add 85.6 g of sucrose and sterilize with a 0.2-µm filter.

Store for up to months at room temperature or 4°C.
