Antibody Dilution Buffer (ADB) for Cross-Section Immunohistochemistry

1. In a 1-L beaker, combine 50 mL of normal goat serum (10%, v/v, final concentration, EMD Millipore Corp.), 15 g of bovine serum albumin (3%, w/v, final concentration), 250 µL of Triton X-100 (0.05%, v/v, final concentration), and 450 mL of Dulbecco's phosphate-buffered saline (DPBS; 1×; Wisent).

2. Aliquot ADB into 50-mL aliquots in 50-mL centrifuge tubes.

3. Store for up to 1 yr at −20°C.
