PBS with 0.1% (v/v) Triton X-100 (PBST)

• 1. Add 500 µL of Triton X-100 (Sigma-Aldrich T8787) to 500 mL of Phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) and stir on a magnetic stirrer plate.

• 2. Prepare in advance and store for up to 2 mo at 4°C.
