Fixative (0.5%–1% Formaldehyde)

Dilute 37% formaldehyde to 0.5%–1% in cold Drosophila ChIP dissection buffer. Determine the concentration of formaldehyde empirically for the tissue and condition being studied.

Freshly prepare.
