TE Buffer (10×, pH 8.0)
To make 100 mL of solution, mix 10 mL of 1 m Tris-HCl (pH 8.0) and 2 mL of 0.5 m EDTA (pH 8.0; Invitrogen 15575020) with 80 mL of double-distilled H2O. Bring the final volume to 100 mL with double-distilled H2O. Autoclave to sterilize.
Store for up to 1 yr at room temperature.
