Embryo Fixation Solution
Mix 500 µL of PBST, 550 µL of 100% heptane, and 55 µL of 37% (w/v) formaldehyde in a microcentrifuge tube. This solution will separate into layers. Mix well. Prepare fresh daily. This is enough solution to fix embryos from one apple juice cap.
