Zymolyase lysis buffer

Zymolase (Zymolase-100T: 100,000 units/g; Associates of Cape Cod #120493-1)

sodium phosphate buffer (0.1 M, pH 7.5)

Prepare 2 mg/ml zymolyase in sodium phosphate buffer (0.1 M, pH 7.5). Enzyme suspension can be stored at -20°C.
