DAPI (100X)

Reagent Amount to add Final concentration
4′,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole (DAPI) 10 mg 0.01% (w/v)
Methanol 100 mL -
Dissolve the DAPI in the methanol, and store the solution in the dark at −20°C.
