NTMT(L)

Reagent Quantity (for 200 mL) Final concentration
MgCl2 (2 M) 5 mL 50 mM
NaCl (5 M) 4 mL 100 mM
Tris-Cl (1 M, pH 9.5) 20 mL 100 mM
Tween 20 200 μL 0.1%
H2O to 200 mL
There is no need to adjust the pH if a Tris-Cl stock solution is used. This solution should be prepared fresh before use. It can be stored for 12-24 h at room temperature. Precipitates form when stored for longer periods.
