A+B solution

Reagent Quantity
PBS(P) (1X) 480 μL
Reagent A (from ABC kit) 10 μL
Reagent B (from ABC kit) 10 μL
Mix 1X PBS(P) and reagent A and vortex well. Add reagent B and vortex well again. Let stand at room temperature for 30 min before using.
Make fresh before each use.
The reagents are part of a VECTASTAIN Elite ABC kit (Vector Labs).
