Fast Red/NABP

Reagent Amount to add Final concentration
Fast Red TR (50 mg/mL)a 7.5 μL 250 μg/mL
NABP (napthol AS-Bl phosphate) (100 mg/mL)b 7.5 μL 500 μg/mL
Showtime solution (pH 8.2) 1.5 mL
aMake stock solution of Fast Red TR in DMF (dimethylformamide).
bMake stock solution of NABP in DMSO (dimethylsulfoxide).
Mix the reagents in showtime solution (pH 8.2) just before use. Reaction color is red.
