Magenta-phos/INT

Reagent Amount to add Final concentration
Magenta-phos (5-bromo-6-chloro-3-indolyl phosphate, p-toluidine salt) (50 mg/mL)a 7.5 μL 250 μg/mL
INT (iodonitrotetrazolium chloride) (50 mg/mL) 7.5 μL 250 μg/mL
Showtime solution (pH 9.5) 1.5 mL
aMake stock solutions of Magenta-phos and INT in DMF (dimethylformamide).
Mix the reagents in showtime solution (pH 9.5) just before use. Reaction color is an orange-brown.
