Blocking reagent (10%)

Reagent Quantity (for 50 mL) Final concentration
MAB (5X) 10 mL 1X
Blocking reagent (Roche) 5 g 10 % (w/v)
Dissolve the blocking reagent in 5X MAB and 30 mL of H2O with shaking and heating. Add H2O to 50 mL. Dispense the solution into 10-mL aliquots and store at −20°C.
