DEPC-PBS (10X)

Reagent Amount to add Final concentration (10X)
KCl 2.01 g 27 mM
KH2PO4 1.36 g 10 mM
Na2HPO4•2H2O 17.8 g 100 mM
NaCl 80.07 g 1.37 M
DEPC-H2O to 1000 mL --
Dissolve all reagents in 800 mL of DEPC-H2O. If necessary, adjust the pH to 7.0. Add DEPC-H2O to 1000 mL. Filter-sterilize. Store for up to 12 mo at room temperature.
