ICRAC Divalent-Free (DVF) Bath Solution

NaCl 150 mm
Tetraethylammonium chloride  10 mm
N-hydroxyethyl-ethylenediamine-triacetic acid (HEDTA)  10 mm
Ethylenediamine-triacetic acid (EDTA)  1 mm
HEPES  10 mm
Adjust pH to 7.2 with diluted NMDG+. Adjust osmolarity to around 320 mOsm. Sterile-filter before storage.
