Recipe

Tris-Buffered Saline (TBS; 10×, pH 7.5)

Reagent Amount Final concentration
Tris 24.2 g 200 mm
NaCl 87.7 g  1.5 m
Combine ingredients in ∼800 mL of H2O. Adjust pH to 7.5 and bring final volume to 1 L. Sterilize by autoclaving.
