100 mm Tris-HCl (pH 7.5)

10 mm MgOAc

50 mm NH4Cl

6 mm β-mercaptoethanol

Prepare in ultrapure (MilliQ) or certified RNase-free water. Filter-sterilize through a 0.22-µm filter.
