Native Gel-Loading Buffer for RNA Analysis (10×)

Reagent Quantity (for 100 mL) Final concentration (10×)
Ficoll-400    15 g  15% (w/v)
Xylene cyanol  250 mg 0.25% (w/v)
Bromophenol blue  250 mg 0.25% (w/v)
H2O to 100 mL
Store in 1-mL aliquots at −20°C.
