Lysis Buffer 1 Containing Protease Inhibitors

Reagent Volume per 10 mL of solution (v/v) Final concentration
Lysis Buffer 1 (1×)  10 mL    1×
DTT (1 m)  10 µL  1 µL/mL
PMSF (0.1 m) 100 µL 10 µL/mL
Leupeptin (10 mg/mL)  10 µL  1 µL/mL
Chymostatin (20 mg/mL) plus pepstatin (1 mg/mL) 100 µL 10 µL/mL
Aprotinin (10 mg/mL) 100 µL 10 µL/mL
Store at 4°C. Add protease inhibitors immediately before use.
