220 mm KCl (diluted from 1 m solution, e.g., Sigma-Aldrich 60142)
100 mm Tris-HCl (pH 7.4) (diluted from 1 m solution, e.g., Fisher BioReagents BP1757-500)
10 mm MgCl2 (diluted from 1 m solution, e.g., Sigma-Aldrich M1028-100ML)
0.2 mm EDTA (diluted from 500 mm solution, e.g., Invitrogen 15575020)
0.5 m sucrose (e.g., Sigma-Aldrich S0389-1KG)
Prepare with RNase/DNase-free H2O and filter-sterilize the solution with a 0.2 µm filter. Store for up to 6 mo at 4°C.
