TSB with 0.5 m Sucrose
For a 100 mL stock solution:

1. Dissolve 17.1 g of d-sucrose (Fisher BP220-1) in 100 mL of TSB medium (BD 211825).

2. Filter-sterilize or autoclave using a short program.

3. Prepare 10-mL aliquots.

4. Store for up to several months at room temperature.
