TSB with 0.5 m Sucrose

For a 100 mL stock solution:

  • 1. Dissolve 17.1 g of d-sucrose (Fisher BP220-1) in 100 mL of TSB medium (BD 211825).

  • 2. Filter-sterilize or autoclave using a short program.

  • 3. Prepare 10-mL aliquots.

  • 4. Store for up to several months at room temperature.
