1. Dissolve glycine-HCl (Sigma-Aldrich G2879) in H2O to a concentration of 0.1 m.

2. Adjust the pH to 3.0 using HCl.

3. Filter with a 0.45-µm filter.

Store for up to 1 yr at room temperature.
